Annual Poster Competition 2023
The Inaugural Transforming Our Police Service (TOPS) Poster Competition is created by the Police (Civilian Oversight) Authority (PCOA) with the aim of allowing our children the opportunity to express, through art, their perspectives on the role of the police and how they should relate to the citizens. We recognize that our children have ideas that can play a critical role in shaping the standards of policing and influencing the way forward. The theme for the competition is, “Imaging #aForce4Good”
