Ms. Vivette Miller is an attorney-at-law, who is qualified to practice law in Jamaica, United States (New York), England, and Wales. She is also a certified Supreme Court Mediator in Jamaica.

Currently, Ms. Miller sits on the Board of Everything Fresh Limited, having previously served on the Boards of Spectrum Management Authority and Kingston Technical High School.

Her spirit of volunteerism led her to become a member of the Rotary Club of Downtown Kingston in 2008, subsequently serving as President of the club from 2021 to 2022. The Rotary Club’s motto of ‘Service above Self,’ is one that fits neatly into Ms. Miller’s own dedication to improving the lives of others.

Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Miller was appointed as a member of the Police Civilian Oversight Authority by the Governor-General on October 25, 2021.
